It is important that our customers trust us (we want you to return and purchase from us again). We will endeavour to include all information in our descriptions, if you are still unsure about anything please contact us.

We welcome comments from customers and will try our best to answer your questions

If you want to ask questions about an item we are selling, go right ahead. We know that looking at a picture of a product isn’t the same as holding it in your own hands. You may have a comment either critical or in praise of your buying experience, let us know your thoughts. We strive for perfection and your feedback is important.

Items will be securely packaged

At Gifts Games Gadgets we know that the most important part of the buying experience is making sure that your item is delivered in perfect condition. We carefully check every item before it is securely packaged, ready for the journey to your home.

All items come with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated

Our standard warranty covers all items we sell. If an item you have bought from us is faulty we will replace the item free of charge. What does “unless otherwise stated” mean? Some products such as Trust computer accessories come with a 2 year warranty also particular manufacturers offer their own warranty or guarantee, for example; Seiko offer a 5 year warranty on their Gents Eco Drive Wrist Watch.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund

To complete the buyer experience we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you have received you may return it to Gifts Games Gadgets and we will refund the cost of the purchase. The item must be returned within seven days of receipt in its original condition and packaging.  What does “the cost of the purchase” mean?  The Price you paid for the item plus the cost of delivery to your address.

Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 
3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
